Ranbir Kapoor, who will be celebrating his 40th birthday tomorrow (September 28), has started with the celebrations. It seems the actor has hosted a pre-birthday bash at his residence, as a while ago, his mom Neetu Kapoor and several celebs, including Karan Johar,Ayan Mukerji, Akash Ambani with his wife Shloka Mehta, Luv Ranjan, Rohit Dhawan and Arti Shetty, were spotted arriving at his Bandra residence. KJo looked uber cool in a black sweatshirt, while Ayan kept it casual in a grey T-shirt paired with a blue checkered shirt. Filmmaker Luv Ranjan arrived with his wife, Alisha Vaid. Rohit Dhawan was also pictured with his wife Jaanvi Desai Dhawan.

They were pictured having a conversation with the architect about the balcony’s railing. Alia looked cute in a floral print ensemble, while Ranbir looked uber cool in a white t-shirt and blue shorts.
